What are your Sisyphus activities?

Sisyphus is a figure from Greek mythology who, as king of Corinth, became infamous for his general trickery.

For his crimes, Zeus punished Sisyphus by torturing him with a never-ending task.

He was condemned to roll a huge rock up a hill – only to watch it roll back down and have to start all over again.

You and I have not committed treachery. Nor is Zeus coming to punish us. However, you and I trap ourselves in meaningless and wasteful activities.

Such activities are called Sisyphus activities and the vicious cycle must be stopped.

Unreasonable anxiety.

Spreading gossip.

Overeating.

Toxic relationships.

Everyone has a few Sisyphus activities. What are your Sisyphus activities? How will you break it?

With love, prayers and exceptional wishes,
